Delivery

Orders are delivered via DHL to residential and business addresses in Germany. International orders are delivered via DHL or UPS, depending on required shipping options. Delivery takes place on weekdays, usually between 7am-6pm.

Track your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The order can then be tracked either at www.dhl.de or www.ups.com.
